My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The bed was wonderful, but the room felt a bit scruffy and in need of maintenance. It was smaller than expected, and the view didn't meet my expectations. The service was always well-intentioned, with staff being lovely and accommodating, even when there was a mistake in the room reservation process. They efficiently rectified issues like a noisy air conditioning unit. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lakeside and the old town.
